Build Design
Whether working on renovating one room or building an entire home, our technical designers can start from the ground up to help conceptualize your goals through architectural design, layout, building materials, finishes, fixtures, lighting, paint, and more.
Begin by submitting our contact form and telling us about your project and goals; we'll send along more details and set up a time to chat.
Next, we'll schedule a 1-hour, in-person design consultation where we'll meet to understand and determine design goals and project details. Our team will prepare your custom design agreement defining project investment and scope. Once presented and accepted, we begin the design process!
During the design phase, we'll maintain communication while creating your design boards, elevations, or renderings. We work to align with your build team to propose a design that coincides with project investment, timeline, and deliverables. At your design presentation, you'll be able to visualize your entire project, reviewing design boards and material samples. Included in this phase is a single round of revisions ensuring all design preferences are considered.
Once approved, we enter the Implementation phase of your project—ordering, receiving, inspection of the products, storage, delivery, installation, and styling. This phase includes site visits and communication with builders and trades to ensure your design is being implemented exactly as presented, problem-solving when needed, and championing the design of your project from beginning to end. At AreaEdit, our goal is to not only deliver a beautiful design, but create a design experience that our clients can be excited to be a part of.
Furnishing Design
Available on its own or in tandem with build design, furnishing design involves everything that goes into your property once the build process has finished (the build does not need to be complete to begin this process). We offer furnishing design for individual rooms, entire properties, and everything in between.

Next, we'll schedule a 1-hour, in-person design consultation where we'll meet at the property and create a plan for how we can incorporate AreaEdit’s style and aesthetic with your design needs. AreaEdit will then prepare your custom design agreement defining project investment and scope. Once presented and accepted, we begin the design process!

When all furnishings have been received, we'll schedule your installation and styling date! AreaEdit will deliver, install, and style, completing and revealing your beautiful new space.
Styling
If you have your furniture but need all the finishing touches to complete your space, styling is the option you're looking for. Like our other design services, styling is also available for individual rooms or entire properties.

Next, we'll schedule a 1-hour, in-person design consultation where we'll meet at the property to discuss your vision for the space, design goals, and collect any additional information needed. Based on the information provided during your consultation, you will receive a custom styling agreement outlining scope, project investment, and installation date.
Our styling team sources from our product library and exclusive trade vendors. On your installation day, we'll arrive and style with everything needed to bring the space to life!
Event Design
AreaEdit event design complements and highlights each property's individual design features, elevating the space and helping clients to imagine themselves experiencing the theme. Our collection of curated staging pieces is selected explicitly for the event’s needs and aesthetics.
Begin by filling out our contact form, and we'll schedule a call to learn more about the event or party timeline. We'll then schedule a call to lay everything out to ensure your special day or evening looks unbelievable.
On event day, our team will deliver, install, and style your gathering with furnishings and décor designed to expertly complete your special day.
